Introduction: We are a small practice out of Woodbury, MN with two massage therapists, Grace and Fernanda. We really like to focus in on people's specific problems and find the best way to resolve it. Grace likes to focus on deep tissue and sports massage. Fernanda also likes to work with deep tissue techniques but is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy and John Barnes-Myofascial Release. Here we have helped clients get relief from chronic pain, have better mobility, and even avoid surgery. We look forward to helping you with your body needs!
We love finding the root cause of an issue and putting an end to the problem. Helping clients find relief through such a natural and healthy way is really wonderful.

I've been going to L'amour massage for almost 2 years. I'm there at least twice a month. My back is my main issue, but they've also worked on my hands , shoulder and glutes. I love everything about the place! I would highly recommend it ! Laurie Kelley
