FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have found that coaching is most successful when people are committed to the process of discovering who they are and what they want, and for this reason I only take five clients at a time. My coaching package includes six or seven individual sessions (75-90 minutes each), a workbook and other materials, as well as access to assessments to learn more about their strengths and personality. The starting cost for this package is $675 and I offer a free intro session so people can ask questions and get a better sense for whether this is what they are looking for before paying anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer having a conversation before entering into a coach relationship to give both of us a chance to determine whether we feel I could be helpful to them. If we decide it's a good fit and are ready to move forward, I will suggest a plan and we will get started. Most clients complete their five sessions within two months.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have fifteen years of experience helping people navigate the choices, challenges and changes in their life and career. I hold a bachelors in education and masters in theology, and my training as a coach was based on the Code of Ethics and Core Competencies of the International Coaching Federation.
