FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing listed is for general purposes. Our training is designed to be completely contextual, which means exact prices necessarily change based on the needs and size of the group. We do offer discounts for scheduling multiple sessions at once, for local audiences, and have a limited number of discounts for college organizations. Outside of training, Lanet Hane prices her writing/editing/tutoring/social media fees at the low end of the scale to be affordable to whichever clients she is most interested in working with. Lanet wants to be able to choose projects based on who she really believes she could connect with, regardless of budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we set up a phone call to discuss the particulars of your hopes and needs. We get a feel for each other. We discuss big picture goals and then drill down to the details. This process can take as little as 15 minutes for some events, or be lengthier and require multiple conversations. It all depends on the level of the work and how complex the requirements are. Outside of WSS speaking, Lanet works with new customers in a variety of ways based on the scale of the work. Messages on this platform are usually the easiest way to make things happen.
