- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates vary according to the job, and are comparable to my competitors. I'm not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Thumbtack doesn't charge me to bid on a job, but they do charge me about $40 when you contact me after receiving the bid. So, if you want a bid, please be as specific as you can, and I'll give you a price. If its within your budget, or close to it, let's talk. If not, please explore other options (and save me $40). The first step is to learn about the customer and their business. After that, we discuss why the customer needs a video, and what that video needs to accomplish.
