Great lawyer. If you need a pitbull, Nick's your guy. You might not guess it when you first meet him, but in court he's all claws and teeth. First, he completely shredded my wife's expert witness, to the point that the judge admonished her counsel for calling him. Then, through dogged research, he found many thousands my wife tried to hide. I thought I was going to end up broke. Paying alimony and child support, and still becoming a stranger to my kids. Well, Nick got the alimony demand nullified, got us a fair deal on child support, shared custody, and enough visitation for me to help my kids heal and grow. Sucks when you need a lawyer, but when you do, you can't get better than Nick.

Hired Nick for a custody battle. He was very confident, straight forward and knowledgeable. Never being through something like this before I was very worried about how the settlement would go and it didn’t help that my wife was being very uncooperative. I offer a free initial consultation and quote in my office. If we agree on representation I typically draft the initial legal paperwork at the first meeting.
