- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quote we give may be less due to the actual amount of job you need hauled. The quote is based on the information you provided. We are a green company and our main goal is to recycle as much as possible for the future of mother Earth and due to the landfill crisis America currently is in. If we are able to make money from any items you are throwing away we will prorate the cost of our service based on the value we believe the items are worth. Our goal for the remainder of items will be in the following order-donate- give away-recycle/reuse-and finally throw away. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we agree on a date we will come and assess the job completely. If price negotiation up or down in price is needed we will confirm this before starting our job. We will issue a work order/reciept -get a signature- then, start and complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner Elizabeth has 20+ years of management experience and together with her team they have approximately 7 years of home clean out experience.
