- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we listen to our custumers needs carefully and we explain our services and answer any question customer might have over the phone or in person. Next we schedule and appointment at the location, and we make sure we have a complete action plan/ punch list that will cover all customer needs. We typically have the same day or a day after this punch list reviewed with the client. The planning ussually is comprenensive including all needs for inetrior design, handyman services and energy efficiency needs. We even include structural and architectural needs for bigger/complex projects. We take emphasis in presenting the best options to the client so he can them make an informed decision. We help the customer submit any applicable building permits, blue print, energy rebates, and any other requiriments. Finally we keep track of the improvement projects until complete satisfaction by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive experience in the following areas: Interior design Handymand services Home remodeling and home energy improvement projects We can team with our onw architec and/ or structural design for larger/complex projects We have done also extensive training in energy audits and the company hold a RESNET energy rater certification (HERS : Home Energy Ratting System) valid in 50 states. We are committed to give our best to maximize home owner/ business owner savings trough energy improvement and energy efficiency retrofit projects.
