- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as affordable and reasonable as possible. I do discounts bundled depending on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over what the customer wants done, so I have a clear understanding I draw up a quick sketch. Then we go over what will need to be done in detail to obtain the desired look. Very last we will go over the timeline for the project, cost, and any discounts that may apply.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the maintance field for about 8 years on and off doing side jobs. I attended Lewis and Clark Tech for 2 years for masonry and continued on in the field of doing things like building retaining walls, patios, and repairing walls and such. I have many years in lawn care and maintance such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulch ect.
