Fletch is gifted in helping you not only get where you want to be, but the motivation behind it and why it's important. I'm a pretty cut-and-dried practical person, so I tend to ignore the emotional side of my decisions. But through Fletch's work with me, I saw how these aspects of my personality work in tandem to make me the best self I can be. I was able to see how combining my intellectual and emotional desires to reach breakthroughs that make a difference in all aspects of my life. I started seeing Fletch for career-angst issues, but after meeting for a few sessions, it became apparent that I could apply the tools I received from him in my personal relationships. I am still a work in progress, but Fletch's coaching sessions have been a huge game changer for me.

In the past couple of months, I've been preparing for a big move out of state with my boyfriend, and for some reason I had a huge reality scare that I wasn't sure anyone in my inner circle could help me with: I want a career change, and I don't know how to deal with it, or who can help me? I talked to friends & family for advice, but it was hard to find useful tips for someone in my position who just doesn't know what they want, or is barely forming a vague idea. A colleague recommended I speak with a life coach, which is how I found Fletch. I visited the website and was able to book a complimentary session to talk with Fletch to make sure we were a good fit (love it!) before moving any further. Within the first 5 minutes, I was able to describe my worries & Fletch immediately picked up what I need, some simple Career Coaching! Honestly, how have I never thought about it? He asked me to take a "Strengths Finder Test" for him to analyze before our meeting to best guide me. The test was great, it gave me some confidence I lost in the type of business person I see myself as, I just needed help paving the path for an ideal career. Fletch made me realize discovering your individual strengths can help you redefine the line of work you want to devote time to (ex. if I like organization & taking control, would I really be comfortable working in a high pace environment with lots of chaos & lack of responsibility). I shared a secret career choice I had in mind was a corporate trainer, I just didn't know how someone makes that happen. Fletch was able to expand on similar career choices along that line of work, he gave me valuable information when I started inquiring about graduate programs to prepare for that type of career, and how to look for people in that line of work. Although I wasn't expecting him to give me a direct answer of how to become a "Corporate Trainer", he gave me the coaching & tools to discover about the career & how to create the path for myself, it was a huge ego boost. I took his career coaching into practice as I went through my phone interviews, and for the first time I felt confident in my responses & had the courage to ask questions for the future in the company if I decided I wanted to grow into a specific line of work as a facilitator/trainer for them, and would you believe it I actually received lots of feedback on those inquiries! I highly recommend Fletch & his business if you are in need of Career Coaching or simply Career Counseling, no matter what stage of your career you may find yourself in. As I prepare for this move out of state, I find myself better prepared to fulfill my happiness with my career, & am thrilled to know Fletch can simply be a phone call away when I need help again. I met Fletch almost a year ago, went home and asked my family and friends, "Should I hire him?" I was met with a resounding, 'no'. What did I need a business coach for? Just double down harder, I have a great education, I know what I'm doing, he doesn't have specific knowledge in my field, eh, waste of money. Okay. But as a small business owner I'm often met with a craving for speaking to someone as an equal, rather than an employee, client, or another business owner that I work with, and therefore wouldn't necessarily ask for advice on areas I'm struggling with. Fast forward six months and I felt that I had lost so much motivation in my work. I wished for a partner, a co-founder, and had even begun to look online at available jobs. That's when I started thinking of Fletch again. I had actually lost his card, but when I came on Thumbtack and searched for 'business coach' in St.Petersburg FL his picture came right up! Success! Since I've hired Fletch I no longer feel lonely, I've amped up my motivation to 100%, but more importantly, I've had the highest sales numbers I've ever had. That's right, ever. I see a lot of awesome reviews for Fletch, and they are all true, so you should definitely read them as they give great insight into the service he provides. However I'd like to add on some additional information. Since hiring Fletch I have had other people tell me about their own business coaches. Coaches that are great and work with the top sales people in their industry. When they describe their coaches style I realized what a great fit Fletch is for me. He is not brusque or bossy, and never tells me what to do or how to do it. I think as business owners we are typically educated, well informed, and we know exactly what we need to do to succeed. Fletch helps me set my own goals, has me pick my own deadlines, asks me what I need to do in the next week to achieve my goals, and then allows me to set my own tasks. Although that may sound like I'd do this all on my own, trust me, I wouldn't. Sitting with him during our one on one's I've had epiphanies about things that need to change in my business, tasks I've been putting off, and where I need to man up and stop hemming and hawing on other decisions. If you are at all like me, and need to validate your need for a business coach, here's what I used: When you are fit but have goals it still behooves you to hire a personal trainer. Putting down any money means you are fully committed to achieving your goals, and once you have that trainer you for sure aren't going to miss any of your sessions right? it's a commitment to both you and your trainer that you can't ignore. I don't have one single regret in hiring Fletch, and neither will you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preliminary Interview: learning what people are trying to achieve and what the true elements are blocking the attainment of these goal. Introduction to Visualization: what it means and why we use it. Outline of action plan: what needs to be done. This is a list of all that is needed and could encompasses elements such has finding new revenue streams, education, areas of self improvement etc. Goals and milestones: This is a technique to breaking down the journey into smaller steps and having positive rewards for attaining of these smaller goals and/or milestones...... The Rest is what is makes us unique. People are individuals and no two are a like. No way to design a plan for all.
