Introduction: Hello, I’m a Florida native and a graduate of Ringling College of Art + Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. After working 20 years in the interior design, commercial flooring and contract surfaces industry, I decided to start my own interior design business in 2014. Do you need flooring selections and installation? "We can provide that too." I am excited to work with each client closely, gain their trust and be a resource to them for a variety of interior design services. My goal is to develop safe, sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing environments within budget, so each client lives well and is pleased with their new space. I will also create striking design principles and elements into each project, so your interior will be unique no matter what style you prefer. Two years ago I purchased an original builders model condo in downtowns St Petersburg, FL. It was a "vanilla" style loft with bare concrete floors and ceilings, dated kitchen, bath, etc. Jennifer economically and efficiently turned my boring condo into the eclectic masterpiece I envisioned. She listened carefully to my needs, wants and desires transforming the unit into my dream home in a timely manner! The unit was contemporary, yet I was tied emotionally to some antique furniture which held sentimental value. Magically, she made it work! I highly recommend this company and Jennifer. She is a bright, energetic, caring soul with high integrity who pays close attention to details. I believe she has photos and perhaps a video of my unit on the website. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone interview + introduction to learn more about the customer's needs, timeline, a budget + scope of the project. 2. Site visit if needed. 3. Discuss a fixed design fee or hourly rate. 4. Once the customer agrees to full scope outline and design fee or hourly rate agreement, then the design process can begin.
