Introduction: I am a passionate and charismatic professional speaker who is determined to share with the world that everyone is "Good Enough" to make a difference and how never giving up on your goals can change not only your life but others.I am uniquely qualified because after 30 years as a child welfare professional and advocate I have facilitated thousands of Adoptions for children who were once considered " Un-Adoptable" and have been a catalyst for change nationally. Becoming an Adoptive Mother to two traumatized teens has provided me with the insight to help others understand, despite your own doubts you CAN step up and make a difference in the lives of others professionally and personally. I LIVE what I do every day! It is who I am and who I always was , even when I didn't recognize it. I walk with compassion, and empathy and a unique guiding light that others are down to and want to follow. When I I speak it comes from my heart and soul as well as my knowledge and experience, and it is my purpose everyday to change the lives I cross. As a professional I thrive on challenging and helping to change systems that have given up and as I mom I believe in my children everyday who deep inside have never believed they were wanted or good enough to deserve love, much less be successful in life. My journey is a testament to determination and acknowledging my calling and passion, and inspiring others is my gift.
