- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies from face to face and online. Travel can play a part and session packages vary depending on type of package purchases. Online packages will vary depending on if they are wanting nutrition programs and how much phone support they wish to have through the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Face to face clients will go through Ana initial meet and greet to get to know each other and then into an assessment process to check body for imbalances. Online clients will go through an application process to ensure I can get them the results they are looking for online. If so the we move forward with building a program that fits their needs.

Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine.
