My pricing system is based off of two one-hour coaching sessions per month. I also add in the ability to email me and you'll get a response in 24-48 hours. I've added a digital instant messaging service which allows 24/7 access to my coaching services. I respond to these digital-text request within 12 hours. These features are part of the cost for each coaching session. I believe accountability gets results and want to give you every opportunity to succeed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started with coaching 20 years ago when I became a supervisor. I didn't just manage people but found myself helping my team through personal challenges which included their relationships, finances and career development. Coaching is my calling and helping people overcome challenges and become their best self is a rewarding experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Business owners, IT professionals, Human Resources Experts and Caregivers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I've been working with Blue Star Families on Operation Family Caregiver. This program is a volunteer program which allows coaches to get certified in Caregiver coaching and problem solving. With this certification coaches help caregivers looking after our veterans who have returned with PTSD or another disability. These caregivers are spending 100% of their time caring for others. Many times the Caregiver experiences some of the same stress and symptoms of the veteran and the coach helps the Caregiver reduce stress, safety plan and problem solve. Many times this includes finding time to take care of themselves so they can take better care of their significant other. There is no cost associated for the Caregiver and is free to those who have a connection to the military. It's been my honor to give back to this community and help these hidden heroes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take your time and get to know the person your going to work with. It doesn't have to be a perfect match but the provider should empathy with you and first seek to understand your challenges before helping you seek solutions. Coaches don't give advice they help you find your own solutions, provide motivation and accountability. Request a 30 minute consult before you get started to ensure a right fit.
