- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a prospective client gets in contact with me, I listen to the customer to find out what exactly they have in mind in regards to the installation of a new fence, repair, etc. Once we agree on what the customer needs, I then request their address and contact information and set up date and time for me to come out and measure and assess what needs to get done. I work on an estimate and send it to the customer by email. If the customer agrees with the scope of work and price on the estimate, they sign the estimate and we proceed with completing the work.
