- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $75 per session and sessions are 50 minutes long. You can pay with cash, check, card, or health savings account.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first session with a new client involves me getting to know you and learning about what brings you in to counseling. I will ask you some questions about your background and what you would like to work on while you're in counseling. It's also a time for you to get a sense about me and how I work to help you decide if you would like to return. One of the great things about counseling is that it happens on your terms: you decide if you want to come back!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Couple and Family Counseling. I have also been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which works well for individuals who have experienced trauma.
