- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After I graduated college, I got a job at a non profit agency helping low-income people find jobs. It was there that I stated writing resumes. It started with people asking me to look over their resumes. To me actually writing it for them. In that position, I had direct contact with many HR professionals. I knew exactly what they wanted for their company and often times I was given the interview questions in order to prepare my clients.

I have worked with many many customers, helping them with many different writing projects.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The customer should be able to express to the professional what their career goal are
