,experienced and listened attentively. He wouldn't quit until the issue was solved. His assistant Sebastian was also helpful and knowledgeable. They had the tools, truck and wardrobe to do the job thoroughly.

Nick contacted me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, and he arrived when he said he would. We discussed the issue, he gave me a quote for the project which was in the expected range. He very quickly handled the problem and then told me what to do going forward to help prevent further issues. He was here less than 30 minutes, cleaned up, and was on his way. I will use Zoom Drain if I need plumbing assistance in the future.
