His communication was great to start with, but then we set up two appointments that fell through, which was both of our faults. Even if we hadn't been able to sync up schedules and I had to go with someone else, I still would have rated him well. BUT after the appointments fell through, he said that it wasn't worth his time to recover the data on my computer at the rate he offered me for $15 an hour since he got paid X amount per hour at his day job. He told me to find someone else. I think that if he's offering his services as a professional, he should know how much his time is worth so that he doesn't waste his client's time.
