- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very transparent with our pricing. 10% gross rent for 1-9 units. 8% for 10+ units. No start up fees for owners. No leasing fees. No contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We share our owner information packet first thing. We prefer to set expectations upfront about how we do business. It is available at our website. Just enter the required information about your property and we will send it right over. And don't worry, we will not share your information outside of our organization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are active in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Utah Apartment Association (UAA) and hold multiple certifications including Residential Management Professional (RMP). Most importantly, we have been in business for over a decade and boast a +95% owner retention rate, so while we might not do everything right, we are definitely doing something right!
