- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay as structured as possible. I offer individual options for photo sessions to fit the need for the client. My pricing reflects the market standard for professional photographers in Salt Lake City.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost it is important to understand exactly what the client is envisioning so it’s possible for me to create, once the idea and theme is established, a date and time is set, location is discussed, then the actual photo appointment takes place, once the session is complete we talk tome frame for the completion of the package.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with infants to the elderly in my line of work. I’ve seen a lot of ups and downs so I’m prepared for the worst haha. There is no need to feel nervous, I try my best to provide a very comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyable experience when i am with my clients.
