RoseMarie @ AAAH Water is amazing!! She has truly helped me understand the importance of eating healthy and hydrating myself and my family with the recommended amount of daily alkaline water intake. She taught me to eat 75% veggies (50% of them being raw or fresh veggies) with every meal and 25% WHATEVER, to provide a healthy lifestyle and to prevent illness and disease.
