Introduction: Most of us, at one time or another, experience personal obstacles. Sometimes, you can get through them alone. I'm here for the times when you could use help walking down the journey of your life. I strive to provide a comfortable environment where you can feel safe and free. I like it to be a place you want to come to, not have to. Sometimes, you just need an ear to listen. Other times, you need someone to help you see the path you need to take. I'm an eclectic therapist. I like to take techniques from multiple theories and mold my therapy to fit each unique person.
I love working with couples, families, and individuals having all different lives and issues to bring to the table. I get excited to share my methods and techniques with others to help better their lives.
