Introduction: Developed this business through hard work and superior craftsmanship. I travel to be there for clients. I am from Upstate New York, have clients in New York, New Jersey, mostly east coast, but have done work in San Antonio. Now I'm relocating from the east coast to be close to family .
I work with my clients, keeping budgets in mind, my input on function, design, willingness to work closely with them, all as worked well. Sometimes a down to earth explanation is what a client needs, opposed to terminology that they do not understand. Making clients happy is what is important. Customer service is what separates good contractors from bad ones.

Kevin Perez has done many jobs for us from building a deck, to building a outstanding outdoor stone fireplace. He has also made us custom furniture, as well as the normal jobs of painting, and many house repairs. Anyone who hires Kevin will get outstanding work. He loves his work and it shows in his finished product.
