- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies due to the size of trees/shrubs, the placement of them, yard size, and how thoroughly you want them cleaned, removed, cut back, ect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether working with a new customer or previous one we always give a free estimate. We don't mind coming out to see potential customers on short notice. We also give discounts for first time customers and regularly negotiate on pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a company we make sure to hire and education workers knowledgeable in the efficient and safe operation of all tools necessary (chainsaw, leaf blower, primer, ladders, weedeaters, ect.) to do the best quality work possible.
