Introduction: supervised by Brian Schwartz, LPC-S. My approach to therapeutic treatment is focused on today's problems, with insight into the underlying issues from which these problems arose. The past is found in the present and in order to heal properly, occasionally one must address his or her past. You and your desired accomplishments are the number one priority of my sessions. I tailor my approach and our sessions to fit your needs. I have worked with couples for 3 years dealing with communication issues, infidelity, conflict resolution. I have also worked with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and much more! I have a great appreciation for the unique experiences of all people. I come from an immigrant family and have seen first-hand the difficulties of adjusting to a new culture. I have experienced the issues that arise being raised a different way from the society one lives in. My unique background aids me in appreciating the difficult nature of life that others experience and their culture.

I felt very comfortable talking to Mary during my sessions. Mary helped me get out of my own way, she helped me learn to find me and most importantly she taught me to stand up for myself. This phrase is the first phrase I heard from when she asked me what I wanted out of our sessions I said 'I just want to be at peace' Mary phrase to me 'when you think about the future you live with anxiety, when you live in the past you live with depression but when you live in the present you live at peace' I always remember that when I start slipping to far into the future or to far back into the past. That has helped me Put my life into perspective. Thank you Mary.
