My wedding was at the Scottish Rite. I used Bluebonnet Events for our Day of Coordination. They ensured our day went smooth, that everything was in order and that our timeline was kept within a decent flex zone. I didn't feel overwhelmed since I knew they had everything under control. I was able to enjoy our wedding day and had a blast! I was sent pictures of the set up once everything was complete since I couldn't be there to oversee. We hired Bluebonnet Events for Bartenders, Day of Coordination, Servers, Photo booth and some odds and ends rentals for our wedding. The staff was attentive, the bartenders knowledgeable, the photo booth was a major hit! Having Amanda running point was such a stress reliever! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start with the initial proposal/quote, Upon acceptance, we can meet at our office or you can do everything online! Easy Peasy! 1 week prior to event we confirm details for delivery and pick up.

Mentoring started at an event's venue with the first year working over 100 weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and gatherings. We handled every aspect of the planning process and services.
