- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we like to first visit with them to find out specifically what their situation is and what there needs are. From there, we offer market advice on what they can expect to rent their home for and how our services work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience in managing over 600 single family homes, and leasing out nearly 300 homes per year speaks volumes. Class room education and training can prepare you for the job, but nearly a decade of experience makes you an expert. Don't rely on a halfway property manager, trust the experts.
