- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our main highlights of our company is we offer an in person consultation with your DJ. Many of our competitors book clients and you never get to meet the DJ prior to the event. They tell you "they're well trained" etc. With I.C.A.DJ ENTERTAINMENT we can meet you at our office or a location convenient for you 30-60 days prior to event date. During this consultation, we will dream build your reception by using an itinerary to plan your night and music. The itinerary will help ensure the event proceeds smoothly without confusion . One of the most frequently asked questions is, "What music do you play?" Well since music is digital everyone can now claim to be a DJ. The difference is the experience of when to play it, how long to play the song, and listening to what the client is asking for. When you create your custom playlist, we follow your lead. Some clients want full control and we only play whats on the list of songs requested. Others prefer to asked for "must play", "do not play", and other genres. Based off the consultation and listening to what our clients want, thats how we prepare ourselves going into the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
DJ Chris Torres, Second generation music entertainer, owner, and disc Jockey. Has been DJ-ing in the San Antonio area for 10 years. With a vast knowledge of different varieties of music, he's been able to specifically design each music playlist format for every event to the client's satisfaction. His experience also includes providing high-quality sound for large events, providing emcee announcements, and personalized customer service. MC Albert Torres, 20+ combined years experience in music, singing, and entertainment. Bilingual in English and Spanish. His goal is to keep you and your guests entertained without taking taking the spot light away from the new happy couple. Clear announcements throughout the night and high energy MC work to keep guests dancing all night long.
