- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are relationship oriented and want the client to be a part of the whole process. We start with a visit that includes a full scale walk of the property and getting to understand the goals of the client. We then sit down and talk over ideas, recommendations and solutions. We want the client to know what we are doing, why we are doing and how it will benefit their property and it's value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our installers and designers have a minimum of 5 years experience to 20 years experience. All are well versed in plants, grass and stone work.
