This is a horrible vendor. They were eager to schedule the lawn appointment and take my credit card information. Day of service nobody showed and nobody called. I understand things happen so i contacted Taskeasy and they assured me someone would call to reachedule the appointment that night. Nobody called, so i called again. I asked for a specific day and time then they said they would get back with me again on a schedule. Never happened then on the third day i was finally given a schedule for service. I was told it would be Friday morning, mind you the service was originally scheduled for Monday. Its now Friday end of business and my yard is untouched. I sent another email and voicemail and nothing, no response, no apology, no explanation. By the way my yard is extremely small and isnt a daunting job. To summarize dont hire these folks unless you enjoy robbing your time trying to chase them down and perform the service they promise you.
