- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers need to know that my pricing is just not the beer high-level it’s a mid-level and they get more than what they paid for because I’m all about customer satisfaction and I guarantee my work I do have a a a tenure warranty and everything I do wish I never had a call back on so I look for those attributes and qualities
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first process of getting the customers trust then I explained him what we’re going to offer them not just work we offer them a clean worksite every day is done when done we clean up the house as if it was not just to come in a construction site we clean it up so they have to live in it and it’s clean for them to live in it and we plastic and tape everything off that’s been done for the safety of the customer and the stuff that was done so I didn’t get damaged so in a hole wide level we look at cleaning this customer satisfaction and we always look out for safety message for the customer and the workers and myself because I am worker
