Find a project manager that will not argue with the customer on what she wants done and what the finished project should look like. I need and wanted asphalt that was flat and even. Not happy with the end result that is not even and dips at one end. I don't know if I can do the follow on project, which is put a carport over the asphalt, because the carport brochure says that the contractor will not put in the carport if the floor is uneven, and I told this to the project manager. I'm so disappointed because this man argued that he knew about carports and the uneven asphalt was okay. What a nightmare.
