- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have so many services that we offer that there is no standard price per square foot we can quote you. We work to understand your needs and create custom solutions that address and solve issues so that we truly improve your facility rather than simply maintain it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment to discuss your needs, walk the facility, and measure the areas to be serviced. We put together a proposal based on this information and usually schedule the proposal meeting for one week after the initial appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a diverse group of professionals at our disposal to perform the varying jobs you need done. We pride ourselves on the training our teams undergo before they ever set foot in your facility.
