    Ms. Johnson is a CPA, CFF, CGMA and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University. Prior to her partnership in CPA Forensics Plus, Ms. Johnson held a position as the Vice President of Finance for the Los Angeles Newspaper Group (Inland Division) where professional experiences were gained in roles including Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis, Operating and Capital Budgets (coordination and analysis), Corporate Governance and Financial Forecasting (to include profitability analysis and oversight of the month-end closing process). Additionally, Ms. Johnson assumed roles of Financial Leadership for divisional plans and proposals with financial implications, as well as active involvement in identifying and analyzing business improvement and operational efficiency opportunities. Ms. Johnson’s current expertise is in Family, Civil and Probate Litigation Support, Cash Flow, Business Valuation, Business Consulting and Business & Personal Tax Preparation and Advisory services. In addition to being a Partner with CPA Forensics Plus, LLP, Ms. Johnson is an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at California State University, San Bernardino and The University of Redlands. She is a current member of AICPA’s Forensic Services Section, serves as an AICPA Council Member and on the AICPA Future Of Learning Task Force. State wide professional service includes a role of Vice Chair for Cal Society of CPAs, member of the Finance Committee and Past President of the Inland Empire Chapter of California Society of CPAs. Ms. January is a CPA and holds a Masters of Science in Accountancy. Prior to her Partnership with CPA Forensics Plus, Ms. January held a Senior Accounting Manager position in the firm Friedman Forensic Accounting, where Court-Appointed 730 Expert Howard E. Friedman, CPA, MSA is the owner. As Senior Accounting Manager, Ms. January assisted in the preparation of expert witness reports such as Cash Flow, Business Valuation and Economic Damages. In addition, Ms. January supervised several accounting interns and performed multifaceted general office support tasks. Ms. January’s current expertise is in Family, Civil and Probate Litigation Support, Cash Flow, Business Valuation, Pereira Apportionment of Business Interests, Moore Marsden Calculations, Tracing Engagements, Review of Expert Reports and Business Consulting. In addition to Partnership with CPA Forensics Plus, Ms. January is a volunteer Business Consultant for It’s Your Day, LLC.
