- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your initial consultation is free. Once we decide to work together, I typically charge $50.00 per hour or an agreed upon set monthly rate, which varies by what service is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know you and/or your business and your bookkeeping needs first. Then I can determine whether you want to do your own bookkeeping, need training or are looking for full bookkeeping services. I have done everything from starting a business to taking over bookkeeping for companies that either weren't doing any kind of bookkeeping before or were not doing it properly. I can consult on point of sale selection, accounting software selection, e-commerce and payroll services. I have also helped individuals set up online bill pay and set up their own personal bookkeeping systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Intuit QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor and I work with the QuickBooks Desktop version as well. I have used Square, Micros, Ctuit and Shopkeep point of sale systems. I have worked with online ordering platforms such as DoorDash, Eat24, ChowNow, and Olo. I have some experience with Gift Card systems such as Valutec. I am also working with e-commerce and subscription platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, ReCharge and Bold. I have been doing some form of bookkeeping for over 30 years. I am confident I can help you with your bookkeeping needs.
