Introduction: As a strategic life coach, my objective is to help you achieve real results quickly and effectively by uncovering the real challenges that are stopping you from reaching your desired goals. Many times, our potential is blocked by our emotions, beliefs, values and self-sabotaging behavior. I provide my clients with honest nonjudgemental support, strategies, tools, and guidance for identifying and eliminating challenges and ultimately clearing a path towards fulfillment within in all areas of your life. Strategic coaching provides a unique holistic approach to your goals and challenges. This approach focuses on creating personal fulfillment while reaching your goals versus just achieving a goal and wondering, "Is this all there is." I utilize the most effective and practical strategies within the practice of strategic intervention to uncover personal motivations, enhance communication, discover hidden challenges, and influence strategic action to eliminate problems and achieve any single goal you choose. The reason I love being a Strategic Life Coach is because for one it doesn't feel like work to me because it is my one true passion. Seriously it is and it truly encompasses my whole life. For fun I don't read fiction, but instead I will read a book on relationships or self-improvement. With friends I am always being seeked for advice about their relationships, current struggles, fears, bad habits and so on. With my own personal relationship we go to self-improvement seminars just for fun and of course to learn something. Coaching isn't a part of my life it is my life. I also love being a trusted resource for people with challenges, it just feels good to be significant in that sense. Of course like any one who works as a coach or counselor I love helping people and making a difference in peoples lives. Even though I am not creating something fully tangible I am creating real change in my clients.

I utilized Stephane Allinquant's Strategic Life Coaching to get a fresh start in connecting with my young adult daughter. She and I had been estranged from each other for over two years. It was tremendously painful for me and I just didn't see a good path forward. I was having trouble communicating with her without blaming her or being judgemental. Stephane listened very well and asked me the 'good questions' that I needed to be asked. He helped me get unstuck and gave me hope that things could be better with my daughter. Once he helped me understand, Stephane then helped me focus on better approaches for communicating that were positive, not blaming. He gave me new confidence and the specific skills to handle things more positively. He helped me through the big changes I needed to make and I am so grateful that he was there with the 'right stuff' when I needed it so badly. Now, with my new tools and confidence, my daughter and I reached a wonderful breakthrough and we are able to be close again like I'd hoped for so long. Thank so much, Stephane for helping my daughter and I make our breakthrough!

Looking for help in adjusting to challenges I was having in my marriage brought me to Stephane's Strategic Life Coaching. I didn't know talking to a professional would help so much. I was not sure how to handle my situation with the problems my husband and I were having. Stephane was very patient, a good listener and asked questions that made me think. It was hard, but he helped me re-prioritize my thinking: what was most important to me, how to handle situations more positively. He made me realize that I was avoiding certain issues which was leaving me angry, not happy, and 'stuck' in my relationship. Now Im handling things more confidently, our communication is clearer and our relationship is much stronger. Thank you so much, Stephane, for being there for me when I needed it!

I reached out to Stephane in a crisis mode after being recommended by a friend. It was a dire situation and Stephane immediately helped me calm down, made me feel at ease. Ever since that first call, it has been an eye opening experience in learning about myself, working through my issues all through the exercises that Stephane has provided. To begin with, he is very personable, genuinely interested in your situation, takes time to really understand it, gets to the bottom of it, and try to sort it from there. He is someone you will instantly feel like trusting. The fact that he has so much experience in dealing with personal and professional cases helps in him understanding your case better than you yourself would. Everyone should have a coach like Stephane regardless of whether one is going through a tough time in life or not. The other great thing about him is that he is not someone who will stop you right at the end of your time limit and say we agreed upon 1 hour and the time is up. He will complete the conversation, ask you if there's anything more you need help with (every single time) and provide that help if necessary even after your session is complete. He is also very responsive when it comes to messages. His short sessions are a life saver when you need to get in touch with him outside of scheduled sessions. The flexibility, the genuineness, the personable experience, the trust factor all make him a wonderful life coach. Be it a relationship issue or a career issue, he has the knowledge and experience to provide you with solutions through exercises that create wonders. I would highly recommend his service. Oh and you don't need to be local to avail his service. I myself am in Chicago and all my sessions have been via phone and he still "gets it" without seeing me in person. A genuine life coach/counselor for all personal and professional issues. Highly recommend!

Did the best he could provided the limited amount of sessions that we underwent. I feel as though the feedback was a bit general though, and I didn't find what I was looking for, in actuality. The approach was more focused on a time-management basis vs. a determining a best path basis. Appreciative anyway.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients can choose to pay for single coaching sessions as needed or choose to purchase a Coaching Package to help curb the cost of single sessions. Coaching Packages come in blocks of 4 sessions and every 4 sessions purchased must be completed within 2 months. Clients also have the option to pay for coaching in installments if they choose to do so and this can be discussed further in your consultation. My Standard Pricing is as follows: SINGLE SESSION: $179/60min Session -1 MONTH COACHING PACKAGE: $597 - 4-60min Sessions & 2-15min Mini-Sessions Unlimited access to me by text or email for 2 months. -2 MONTH COACHING PACKAGE: $997 - 8-60min Sessions & 4-15min Mini-Sessons w/ Unlimited Access to me by text or email for 4 months -3 MONTH COACHING PACKAGE: $1,391 - 12-60min Sessions & 8-15min Mini-Sessons w/ Unlimited Access to me by text or email for 6 months. As you can see the longer your commitment to coaching the less your cost for coaching is. Please know that I understand some people have financial difficulties yet really do need coaching, thus I will work with clients on pricing that will be a win-win for both parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each client I begin with a Free 30min Coaching Consultation or as I also like to call it a Discovery Session. During this session we will go over your goals, challenges, and expectations for coaching. Once your sessions is complete you will be asked to take the 6 Human Needs Questionnaire to help us discover your daily motivations and behaviors. The results will be used if you choose to move forward. You are never under any obligation to continue coaching past your free session and you will never feel pressured to work with me. I believe the desire to begin coaching must come from our own willingness to changes our lives.
