FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the job requires more than $200 worth of materials are collected deposit before I begin the inception of any work, otherwise it's simply a combination of how much time something will take plus the material required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on their interest but generally speaking a phone call followed by an in-person visit for a free estimate, then the estimate is submitted via email or presented in person and is accepted via signature and I begin work. I'm very laid back and I try to give a Timeline as possible before we even start anything, also if there are any changes or additions that's an easy thing to take care of. payment can be made in person or online by pretty much any tender imaginable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree but it relates to my work pretty much not at all, however for the last number of years I have worked in construction and was most recently the finish foreman at the Otay Mesa detention facility for the last year and a half.
