For starters, I cannot say enough good things about Express Dry. The wax ring in my guest bathroom was unknowingly leaking for quite a while, and over time, caused the subfloor to rot. I recently came home from work to find standing water in my guest bathroom, throughout the hallway, and in the living room. Noah, the manager at Express Dry, was one of the first few people to show up to my home after the damage occurred. Despite the hectic nature of the situation, Noah helped me remain calm by thoroughly explaining the process, step-by-step, and assuring me that the dry time would be as quick as possible. He also helped me navigate the insurance claim process (without me even asking!). Noah was extremely personable (so was his technician -- didn't catch his name) throughout the dryout process, and he promptly answered all of my calls, and even text messages. I felt 100% taken care of. It's nice to be treated like a real person during such a stressful time. I feel that most companies like this are only out for big money, but Express really sets stands apart from the rest. I would HIGHLY recommend to family, friends, and strangers. Five stars!!

My water heater gave out and flooded my garage and all my contents were soaked. A friend recommended that I have Express restoration help me with my mess. I didn't like the idea of strangers I'm my house and I was worried , after Noah and his crew showed up I knew I had made the right choice . Noah was very nice and knowledgeable , he helped me file an insurance claim and dried out my belongings that I thought were ruined, I think Noah is awesome and I recommend him and express dry to everyone.
