We hired Masar Video to film a client's keynote presentation. While the footage is fine, our client felt they were unprofessional onsite. Although the client felt they were unsatisfactory, we also recognize and appreciate the additional work Masar Video did on the footage files themselves (color corrections, syncing, etc) which were beyond what we were asking for.

Masar Video's reply

As we discussed, the client was nervous that we would miss the beginning of his lecture due to his own request that we have our interview booth set up ahead of time. He felt we took too long to get set up, but video requires a lot of set-up. We were ultimately on-time and captured everything we were asked for. Please note, I asked Amy if she would consider changing "unprofessional" to "inefficient", which I felt was more specific to the client's feelings, and she agreed to do so. Unfortunately, she was unable to edit her review a second time.
