- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set to include everything I believe to be the best value for your overall budget. But it flexible and I offer payment arrangements, and discounts when available. However, I do only offer these to a limit of 5 - 6 couples throughout the year. So inquiring sooner is helpful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out to connect I always respond with a desire to connect in person. Whether over the phone, via FaceTime or at a local coffee shop, I want to get to know each other to see if we are a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning. But I have studied the art of composition and technical skills with Canon, I attend workshops regularly and have two a very well known mentors in wedding photography. I have been a second shooter for a few company's in San Diego as well.
