I can't say enough wonderful things about the person behind this company. He created our social media out of nothing. A nonprofit agency that has been around for almost 30 years, that no one in the community had ever heard of. The tone was always authentic and strived to connect with our community on an emotional and intellectual level with a dash of humor, matching our agency. We now have a sustainable plan in place with measurable outcomes.

Keith was super super helpful when I was trying to build up my online presence. I saw his work on save horror and was very impressed! Keith was always prompt in responding back when I emailed and I am very happy with the work that he did. Would definitely hire him again! As for the actual work, keith helped my page by coming up with an overall strategy to increase engagement and then even planned out all of the posts on a calendar. This helped me to always know what was going on and also helped me to see the big picture of what he was trying to do. Very good posts that engage the viewers!

An initial conversation will take place to explore the different goals and objectives the client has. This is a wonderful time to get to know each other and learn more about each others company/brand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Creative Arts Therapy. This degree has helped me tremendously with graphic design and creating social media voices. I understand how to empathize and think like a potential client/lead would. I also have over 5 years of social media experience. I have managed multiple accounts over the course of this time. Including non-profits, subscription companies, marketing companies, etc.
