- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. Everything I do is custom, and I try to accommodate everyone's budget. Everyone deserves an nice experience, right?!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation to find out the needs and desires of every client. Everything I do is custom because everyone is different. That's what makes the process interesting. So I will always try to understand where you are coming from and the needs of your guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA in international business as it relates to sustainable agriculture. BA in art and design. Culinary training in Los Angeles. And 18 years of culinary experience.
