In my career I have happily closed over 300 homes for clients in all situations. Sometimes requiring me to sell their home with only strategies that do not include massive exposure or any online exposure at all. I would love to speak with you! Every home has a story and my clients story determines what is best for them. I look at homes not from my commission but how my client will best win whether they are buying or selling. Commission is just payment for services and never gets in the way of my advising or decision making. Advising with honesty is key in allowing my clients to be confident in making decisions. I keep my clients informed of not only today but the road ahead so we all know where we are headed and what to expect. I love clients being able to be confident in decisions they need to make based on facts not feelings. I absolutely LOVE making people smiling and caring for them sometimes in very difficult situations. Communication is key in my business not only with my client but the team working with us to reach success! Clients informed and updated often by me leaves them assured that who they have hired takes their goals as seriously as they do. Pulling off top profits for my sellers and purchases that are one of a kind are a thrill for me and my clients. I have no problem taking the long road for the best results.
