- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on volume, weight and location of the items on the property. We will always confirm the price onsite prior to loading. The instant quotes provided on Thumbtack are based on the typed information provided. While pictures help to understand the scope, they are not factored into the instant quote price. For that reason, we will always confirm in person onsite.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way our process works is we collect general information from the customer about their project on an exploratory call. If we are able to assist the customer as they request, we send our crew to do a no obligation onsite estimate. If the price works for the customer, our crew can get started on the project right then and there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both residential and commercial customers. Our projects vary in scope and size and our large fleet of vehicles/equipment allows us the opportunity to handle a variety of projects. Projects can range from a simple mattress removal to a clean-out of an entire house or office building.
