Introduction: As a Realtor, I have been managing properties for vacation short-term rentals and yearly tenants for over 15 years. My expertise includes finding qualified tenants/vacation guests, preparing leases and rental contracts along with upkeeping and managing home repairs. I customize​ ​each relationship and​ ​can work with you on a yearly basis with on-call management or as a​ one-time project for tenant screenings or emergency repairs. Services include prospecting qualified tenant and showings/tours; listing vacancies and online marketing; monthly maintenance and emergency repairs; rent collection and evictions; on-call management; vacation rental management, marketing, and online website management. ​​ ​​As a Real Estate Agent, I provide personalized services to find you and your family the perfect home, investment property or vacation rental. For over 20 years, my professional specialties include Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing. I grew up in Scripps Ranch and spent most of my life in San Diego. I started investing in real estate and purchased a Triplex in Venice Beach, California and a vacation condo in Vail, Colorado. Real estate investing has always been a passion and my previous sales and buying experience is beneficial for my clients.
