FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing can be seen on my website. But the basics that my customer should know is there is usually a 2 part process. The first part is a Session fee: that is the fee that covers the time we spend together and the time I am physically photographing a client. The second part is the payment for the actual end product. The end product could be digital files or physical prints. These photos could also require special retouching or Photoshop work that could be a small fee as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first hear their needs. What type of photos do you want? What are they for? Why are they important to you? Then I discuss location and Session fees. Afterwards, we go over the images and the customer can make a purchase for a digital or physical photo.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Photography as well as 15 years experience shooting in photo studios and on location. I am also a photography educator.
