FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary depending on the number of hours/days the client would like me to spend on their work. Along with the amount and type of work they would like me to do. This can all be discussed over a call!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since the majority of my work is done remotely I like to start first with emailing and confirming that I am the right person for what they are looking to have done. If we seem to be a good fit then I will usually set up and call or a Facetime/Skype, depending on customer preference, to build more of a relationship. During this we can details such as hours, contracts, wages, and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the course of past three years I have been a Store Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Executive Assistant to professionals in a variety of industries. I have gained knowledge SalesForce, QuickBooks, and scheduling.
