FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the connections with every major vendor in San Diego so that we always receive the best price and every discount available to a contractor. This allows us to provide some of the lowest prices to our customers. We have to make a profit to stay in business, however we do not expect every job we do to carry us through the next year. We prefer to treat each customer as more of a friend we want to be the name they drop to their friends when they need a contractor, so building relationships is more important than making a large profit on each job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working with a customer, we prefer to come visit them to get an idea of their desired outcome, we then discuss their options and then move into discussions over material. We invite them to meet with us at vendor showrooms to see all types and styles of material, so that we know what materials the customer prefers and more importantly have worked on the desired outcome, this ensures we have a happy customer, we can accomplish the tasks in a timely manner and more importantly we complete on the agreed upon budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in all aspects of construction from clean-up all they way to Roofing. I believe that every job provides an opportunity for me to teach the next generation of builders how and why things are done, to review with them the codes that apply to each project and more importantly we can see how things were done in the past and show why we do things they way we do today.
