Prices can vary depending on the package request. We are affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is establishing a open line of communication. I like to know what my customers expect from the services and how I can make things easier to achieving those goals. I sit down and take notes to all request and then give feedback on it becoming a reality. Also sharing with my customers my concerns or questions helps them to understand my limits and capabilities for their project so there is no miscommunication on either end to achieving a successful venture.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored and have a degree in Business Management so I am very familiar with proper customer service and dealings when it comes to customers and service providers. I have been doing this type of work since 2006 and have no intentions of slowing up or stopping anytime soon!
