Introduction: Hi, I’m Valerie! I’m an adventurous wedding, elopement and engagement photographer based out of San Diego, CA! I’m passionate about what I do and make it my goal to make you feel beautiful and comfortable in front of the camera, while also having fun! I love going off the beaten trail to get the most amazing photos (I’m totally that photographer that lays on the ground to get the shot); creating one of a kind images is my passion!
I have always been an artist, so being able to make this my career has me feeling like the luckiest girl in the world. Being able to create beautiful images while making my clients feel just as beautiful is one of the best feelings; my work truly doesn’t feel like work!

Let me start by saying Valerie is a uniquely gifted photographer. Any special moments you want to capture and have available for years to come, look no further Valerie Lendvay Photography will do the job.
We hired Valerie for our wedding this last October and it was the best decision yet (other than saying yes to my husband). We did our initial engagement shoot in March and the images were absolutely stunning, we knew at that point we had selected the right photographer. Fast forward 6 months and Valerie made sure all our questions were answered, logistics for first look were secured and everything was set for the big day. Not only is Valerie gifted in capturing the perfect moment, but she captures it in a way that is so real – no tricks here, she is just a gifted artist. Throughout the process she made us both feel comfortable, we definitely don’t consider ourselves as “naturals” in front of the camera but her professional presence and energy calmed us. Valerie also allowed us to enjoy our entire party which can oftentimes be overlooked with weddings. She pulled us apart for quick shots depending on lighting but it wasn’t longer than 5 minutes. This was super appreciated as we both wanted to spend every moment with friends and family, and Valerie was there to capture all the sweet moments. The photos came out ridiculously gorgeous, like take your breath gorgeous, and we couldn’t be happier!
If you are looking for a wedding, family, or portrait photographer Valerie is the best and I HIGHLY recommended her. I cannot thank her enough, and I look forward to following her work and hiring her for future photography opportunities!
